Help - 403 Forbidden

I recently upgrade my 3CX (free) phone system to Version 11.0.26364.600 in order to take advantage of the dial by name feature.
Now, my one and only extension (a Grandstream 2100) will not make outgoing calls. It registers fine, and can receive calls. I'm stumped!

Hi,

you get forbidden from your provider, check format number for your outbound caller id and number format for number that you dialed (maybe the format is not t as it should be so provider returns forbidden)

The other examples I'm seeing, seem to indicate that they use port 5065, not 5060.
