Good morning guys, I'm close to having a boxing match with my SPA2102 and I really hope to avoid it if possible...
I have an analog cordless connected to a linksys SPA2102 and I'm facing a weird issue... essentially if I call the intern of the SPA2102 the call is ok (voice a bit late but meh....) I can receive calls from outside or inside no problem...
But the phone cannot perform any calls via the 3CX system... I keep hearing the busy tone being played wheter I'm trying to call another intern or call to the outside... I just hear the phone dialing the number and BUSY...
Someone has an idea on what might be happening?

Thanks in advance...

Hi Fabio,

Firstly and to get it out of the way, this ATA is un-supported as you probably know however there are plenty of people using these.Where is this ATA located in regards to the PBX ? local/remote ?

If you are getting audio related issues my fist through(s) are can you try enabling "PBX Delivers Audio" on the extension you have this phone attached to.

There are other Cisco ATA strings (not all related to your issue) included below in the event there could be some tips which might assist:

Ok so firstly thanks for the answer :)
I know the ATA is not "supported" but I read it can be made to work infact it registers correctly to the PBX both sides (on GUI of the SPA and the green dot next to the intern)
My first suspect was that the dial plan was completely off... I have it set as [x*].
