Solved Hosted by 3CX license renewal bug for Self Managed licensed servers

When renewing a license, "Include Hosted by 3CX" is checked when renewing a "Self Managed" license.

I also checked and "Include Hosted by 3CX" is checked by default when you try to renew.
Was it by any chance installed as Hosted before?

It may have, your on to something. Let me check with another license and I'll let you know. Also, if we ever did have anyone on hosted with 3cx it was only for a week due to lack of a lot of features.
