We're currently rolling out 3CX to our call centre of 45 staff. These staff have historically hot-desked and sat wherever they wish when they start their shift. With the existing IP phone system there is a simple quick-connect cable for them to use their personal cabled headset and move around between phones and desks without much trouble.
As we are moving to using the 3CX Windows client-only, no physical handsets, and are wanting to go wireless headsets, I can envision having to move the USB dongles, or having to pair the headsets with all of the PC's Bluetooth, and having to disconnect and connect headsets, then reselecting the microphone and speaker devices etc if changing computers could become troublesome.
How are others solving/managing this issue?
