How can I manage voicemail for another extension from my desk phone?

You will only get visual notification only for an extension that appears on your phone.

You can dial the voicemail number (999), then press the press the #. You will be asked for the extension number of the voicemail you wish to listen to, enter the PIN number for that extension.

Of course, once you listen to the message(s), the MWI will no longer flash on the original extension set, and the messages will no longer be considered "new". This may/will cause issues to the user of the extension whose VM you are listening to.

From any phone you can dial your VM extension number.

As soon as she asks for the PIN, Press the # key.

Enter the EXT you want to log in to and then the PIN for that EXT

Or you can log in to the webclient of that extension and manage it from there.

They will not be notified of voicemail in this case (if you hear their messages)
