Hi Folks,

I am using 3CX Windows Client and have two domains i.e. example.com and test.com each one has two SIP servers [sip.example.com & sip.test.com] and have a proper SRV record set in DNS.

I also have two users configured in two domains i.e [email protected] [Extn 2002] and [email protected] [6006]

How user joe can dial user doh using 3CX client?

If you mean the 3CX Softphone client, then I do not believe it supports direct SIP dialing. The keyboard only appears to support numeric along with * and # dialing.

If you were using the 3CX phone as an extension of the 3CX PBX, then a trunk group could be created which "pointed" to each of the domains you wished to reach. If the "extension" were alphanumeric (as you seem to indicate), then you would have to create an outbound rule which would convert a short numeric number to the alphanumeric portion, in the same way that non-numeric Skype calls can be placed.
