how to backup call log history from retired 3cx server to new 3cx server

hi
i am successfully backup the retired 3cx server (windows embedded) without the call log history and restore to new 3cx server (windows 10).

the new server up and run perfectly but missing old call log history, and now how can i manually backup the call log history from retired server to new server

as refer to old thread below:

Hi Ryan,

Those cannot be transferred, you need a full backup from the old machine to include the logs when you are setting up the new machine (new install using backup)


Important Note: If you do this now you will lose any logs.recordings etc that have been created on the new server since the migration.
