How to enable simultaneous hang-up across mobile app and desk phone?

We're facing an issue with any user who has 2 or more connected devices, mobile app and desk phone. When he receives a call and decline it from on device, the other device keeps ringing until the call is forwarded to voice mail.

We need to configure the system to decline the call with a busy tone, when the user declines it from any connected device.

Any ideas?

Yes. This comes up here from time to time. Consider for example a scenario where an extension is on two mobile phones. Rejecting on one shouldn’t prevent the other from answering. I understand why it might be useful to have that be a choice though.

is there any work around to farce call reject on all devices?

unfortunately not, and there is no workaround here.

In reality, it has a « multi-steps procedure ». (Divert to *4 + _ _ _ _)
I agree that it's not as simple as a Ignore button, but, here goes anyway.

On DeskPhone (Example. Yealink) , when the call is ringing.. Instead press "Cancel" , Without answering the call, press TransB (Blind Transfert) and dial *4 + our extension number and press # .

I agree it's several steps but this is definitely your best option.
This will forward this call to voicemail.

With a little practice, it becomes almost as easy as a Cancel button.
