When using the 3CX Live Chat Plugin, when a new message is received, the queue name associated with the plugin is identified.
However, if the extension's or queue's 3CX Talk URL is used by the participant, it comes across without identifying the source of the message.
We have a client that will be using Talk URLs within several communications and would like to be able to identify the participant based on the link used. Is there a way to do that?

Edit: I just updated the 3CX Live Chat Plugin and now I do not get the queue name inserted on a new conversation. This will be problematic as we use the app on multiple sites and need to know which site the user is coming from. Am I missing a setting or was this removed?

Edit 2: If the website visitor users the plugin to initiate a call (without starting a chat first), the queue name is delivered along with the call. However, if the visitor starts a chat, the agent takes ownership, and then the visitor escalates to a call, the queue name is not shown.
