How to make a videocall with Fanvili18s

Hi,

how can I make a videocall with the Fanvili18s intercom to 3CX Smartphone App?
Videocall to PC App works.
The Smartphone App shows me only a black video.
Intercom and the Smartphone are in the same LAN.
Has anyone an idea?

Hi Vettel,

The mobile app only supports the VP8 video codec.

The i18S does not support that codec so you will not be able to see video.

Not that I'm aware of, the currently supported models only have H.264 which works with Webclient and Desktop client.

This H.264 video is a MUST ..customers are complaining about it and i have seen on the forum you start to work on it 5-6 years ago...we are on 3CX but now seriously considering and actively searching for other who support this..we have 2 x Fanvil i62 intercom with no video support !!!
