I have Yealink W52P with two handsets and want to setup two VoIP Accounts.
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/yealink-w52p-second-account.45806/
From this forum, the second account might need to setup manually.
my 3CX is currently on AWS and version is 16.0.273. W52P firmware is 25.81.0.30.
The W52P is not in the LAN so STUN was used.
The first account is provisioned on and working but the second account failed.
How do I setup the second account? Should the parameters will be the same as the first account?

Thanks

DECT base is W52P. Handset firmware version 26.73.0.30. Yes. I want two SIP accounts on the base and each handset will have its extension.

Follow the steps in the url’s I have posted

I did auto provisioning and 2nd SIP account registration failed. I also did the factory default, switching to other extensions also failed for 2nd line. those two account parameters/settings are identical on 3cx and DECT too. The only difference i found on my 3cx and on the instruction link is "Local RTP Audio Ports End ". On my 3cX it is 14019 but on the manual 14011.

On the failed account , under options for the extension have you untick ‘allow for stun (not sure of exact text’

Also check the blacklist, to make sure no ip’s have been blacklisted

Hi Saqqara,
Thank you very much for pointing out this setting. That's what it is.
I have been head scratching this for days.
The exact wording is "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked) "

Local rtp ports will not affect the account not being registered.

Just make sure the rtp ports have a range of 12 - ie.14000 to 14011

As it appears you are using stun, each device requires a unique block of 12 rtp ports
