How to start a meeting with a coworker from chat?

Hi there, I'm trying to sell a customer on using 3CX web client instead of Teams. They are designers and coworkers and need to be able to share their screens. It seems like in order for them to do this in 3CX, they need to start a meeting and share the link. Shouldn't they be able to just start any meeting activities like screen sharing from within the chat? That's how Teams does. Otherwise they will need to start the meeting and then copy the link into their chat. Why not just have the button to collaborate/start a meeting and/or video call within the chat they already have?

Also when I hit invite participants and start typing in their coworkers name, it doesn't show up as an option.
