How to test provisioning site?

Recently the provisioning on my Polycom phones stopped working. It looks like all the firmware files are in the provisioning folder. So I'm wondering how to test the IIS site used for provisioning at http://"Internal IP Here":5000/provisioning/? It gives a 403 forbidden error which I assume is normal. Thanks.

Hi,

you will want to test the full path name, directory browsing is restricted because it would allow people to open your cfg files and then they could hack your phones with it.

if you go into the servers provisioning folder, you can find a config file name (usually its the mac address of the device.
\\<3cxpbx>\c$\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning

Now you should be able to download the file using your browser and that will confirm that the provisioning server works.
