How to use 3cx windows app v16 with 3cx v20?

Hello,

I recently upgraded to version 20 and changed my PC within the same week. I'm unable to find a way to set up the old but reliable 3CX Phone for Windows version 16.

The new softphone is proving to be quite challenging, especially with the manager panel which is not as good and chat now requiring a browser to be opened.

However, when I attempt to set up my account with version 16, I encounter an issue as there is no provision option available for that version.

Could you please provide guidance on how to set up version 16 on my new PC?

There is no option to provision the old windows app. You could try to use the old welcome mail, but its not sure that this app still works fine with v20.

It works fine with the old app for my collegues, so far. Unfortunately the old welcome email doesn't work.

You can generate an QR-CODE and scan it with an QR scanner. Than you can use the Auth-Code an Passwort for the windows app V16
