how to use ctxSip javascript sip phone

Hi

To use this phone I need the following information :

Display Name:
Sip User:
Sip Pass:
WS URL:
Sip Realm:


But after setting these information, the following error will be given:


Websocket Disconnected.
An Error occurred connecting to the websocket.

Is there anyone who could use this javascript sip phone?
