i am looking for a voip phone porvider for a call center. all the voip poviders i see have a call center clause in the terms of use. does anyone know where the best place to find a provider that will fit my needs

You didn't specify a country - so here's my answer for USA:

They specifically speak to Call Centers and the like. Several other voip providers do as well - even several of the "pre-set" ones listed in 3cx.

I personally use NexVortex and they have a few products that they say can be used with call centers, phone card resellers, etc.

How big of a call center? I think that is really the deciding factor.

Its not how big the call center its how many call do you get in at a time? That I think is the deciding factor.

One would assume that the larger the call center the more concurrent calls you will get, hence the entire purpose of a call center.

right now we are just a 3 man operation but i dont want to be running then the phone shuts off
