Solved i cant dial other countries

every time i dial 0046 og numbers from denmark to sweeden og usa, it only sees 004 as a local number?

Where is it wrong.

i have a sip trunk.

Hi Arne,

What is your local extension range on the PBX ? Check here.

Also take a look and make sure you have an outbound rule setup in the PBX and that you have this country allowed in the "allowed country codes" found under Settings >> Security in the PBX.

And do you have an outbound rule for numbers starting with 0046 ? make a rule which is specific and if this still does not work I would suggest getting VERBOSE logging on it and seeing why the number is calling local. If you have 3 and not 4 digit extensions this should not be an issue.

As above you need to create outbound rules - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/outbound-rules

Also make sure that you have configure E164 settings, Under Settings E164 Processing Settings
