Images and PDF files failed to load in bigger 3cx group chat.

Images and PDF files fails to load in bigger 3cx group chat (about 40 participants). However, it still works for smaller and for individual chats.
And when posting an image to those groups you get disconnected temporarily for a minute or two
Any solutions?

- Exact PBX version
- What are the specs of your machine? (CPU / RAM / DISK)
- What is the internet connection Upload speed?

Usually any pdf or image taken by the phone or a snip with windows snipping tool will cause the issue. About 400 KB

Will you be able to replicate the issue and generate system logs so we can investigate?

Alternatively, you can ask help directly from your 3CX reseller, and they should be able to assist you and escalate the case to 3CX Support

I had 3cx support work on it for a while. they finaly figured out the cause of the issue and said this will be inculuded in theVersion 6 update. it seems like it was a 3cx software issue.
