Hi!
I have a client who wants to be reachable 24/7 on a queue but who is also connected to other queues and has specific automatic schedules, so they go into Do Not Disturb mode, except that they have an SDA, so I can’t simply set it to transfer to their cell phone when in “Do Not Disturb” mode. While searching, I found this new feature that allows a call queue to transfer directly to an external number if there’s no answer, and that’s exactly what I need.
The problem is when I call the queue with the number associate, that end the call with the sound of a mobile end call, the problem is the same with the E164 +33 and the 0.
It's on a 4SC licence so I can't create a 3CX ticket.
Anyone who have the same problem?
Thank you for your feedback.
Sincerly

@itlycoon no the Event Log do you see any errors ?
Also do you call from an internal extension to the Queue directly of you call from a mobile
to the DID of this Queue and then send the call to the external number ?
If you have E164 enabled, disable it for a test and try again.
Of course ensure you have Outbound rules that allow this call.

As Nikos said, it's likely you dont have an outbound rule.

Just make a basic outbound rule, stick it at the top for digits starting +33, 0<your number being called>

Thank you, of course the department was not allow to make a call because in the outbound rule the department was not in there.
Now it works perfectly.
