Hi,
I have a scenario

I have 5 SIP trunks on my 3CX. (Let's say the trunk numbers are 01001111, 01002222 ... 01005555)
When an inbound call comes to 01001111 from an outside number (Let's say 09001234) then on the display of the phone it will show both the numbers (Such as 09001234:01001111, or 09001234>01001111 or something like that) where is the call made from and where the call was made to.

For example,
if the call is made from 09001234 to 01001111 on the phone I will see 09001234:01001111 or 09001234>01001111
if the call is made from 09001234 to 01002222 on the phone I will see 09001234:01002222 or 09001234>01002222
....
.....
if the call is made from 09001234 to 01005555 on the phone I will see 09001234:01005555 or 09001234>01005555

I hope I could make you understand what do I want. I'd appreciate the help here.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @blancers

So you want the numbers to appear the way you are describing, this is not what actually happens now.
What does actually happen currently? Do you only see the callers number?

What you could is add an Inbound rule for each number you have and name it exactly as the number is.
So if your number is 01001111 your inbound rule name should be 01001111 for that number

Then navigate to Advanced / Contacts / Options and enable the option "Prepend Name" under the Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID setting.
