We have a hosted 3CX 18 installed on Debian with the latest updates. It is configured with 5 sip trunks and 1 Call Queue.
All incoming calls to the first 4 SIP trunks are working fine. But we are facing a problem of call drop in queue after 10 seconds on the 5th SIP trunk configured with a YEALINK TE100 as gateway. When we configure a ring group or an extension on this SIP trunk, the calls work 100% contrary to the case when we configure a call queue on this 5th SIP trunk. The worst thing is that when we pick up the phone in the case of the queue, we don't hear anything in the 10 second interval that it offers us.
I would like to know why it works when the SIP trunk is configured with an extension or a ring group and why not with a call queue ?
