Install 2 hotlines into 1 Deskphone

Hello everyone, currently I want to set up 2 hotlines on 1 deskphone, is it possible? And if so, can you share the instruction file with me?

And, besides the .WAV format, can the voicemail file be saved as a Text, Doc,... file?

Hello

You could set up 2 destinations for inbound calls and have the company prepend so it shows up on the phone whos been called. As for calling out, youd need to set up an outbound rule for different prependments to display whatever number outbound. in v20 its easier to change your caller ID.

if you want voicemail to text you can look up voicemail transcriptions.

If I understand correctly, I've done this with custom templates up thru and including v18. You can have two SIP Accounts (different extensions) assigned to different buttons on a single telephone. However, this is NOT supported by 3CX. As a former programmer I found this not to be that hard for me. Most folks don't like this kind of customizations. Also, note that cannot presently edit templates for 3CX Hosted as of the date/time of this post.
