The NUC boots from the memory stick then Install is selected .. the next screen is unreadable as there are 10 tiny windows across the top of the screen each one showing the install progress .. I have tried 3 different monitors all with the same problem .. video output from this NUC is HDMI .. hoping someone can help ..

.. so presumably the installer is not compatible with 10th gen NUC?

.. we have purchased an Enterprise license .. does this entitle us to direct support from 3CX? not sure how to register for that ..

This is not a 3CX issue, this is a Debian issue with using that device. You'll want to visit the Debian forums or otherwise google Debian and that NUC to see if there is a boot switch you can do to resolve the display issue.

I have had some issues getting the installer to work on newer Dell Optiplex desktops but they typically wouldn't load past the splash screen. I wound up having to boot in BIOS mode instead of UEFI.

If the NUC gives the option I would try legacy/BIOS mode instead.
