Hi , Has anyone here have tried installing Debian 9 Stretch on Intel Celeron J1900 mini PC?
Does it fully compatible for 3CX V16?

Thanks,
Regards.

The processor will likely be fine.

3CX doesn't talk to hardware, that's the job of the operating system. If one of the supported operating systems works on the hardware, then 3CX will work on that system.

The bigger issue I've seen on many of the mini PCs like that are the network cards. Make sure you do the research to verify NIC compatibility with Debian Stretch first. Some of the miniPCs use Realek NICs and some use recent Intel NICs which require additional drivers beyond just installing the OS.

@Nathan Boyd Thanks for your feedback, So which NIC is compatible with debian 9 as per your experience? Intel or Realtek?

I use several NUC's without problems, all running on Debian 9.9 and 3CX v16
NUC6CAYH, NUC6i3SYK, NC02U, NUC7i3BNH

Don't know about NIC compatibility in Debian , but generally Intel NIC have best performance and less problems than realtek
