Installing SBC via ISO on a HyperV VM

Hi, It's my first time setting up an SBC via ISO on a VM. After clicking install,I got this screen and it's been like this for an hour, not sure how to bypass or how to proceed. please advise.

@missysad please take a look at the guide mentioned above, there are some specific requirements for when selecting what type of VM to use in Hyper-V
