Integrating 3CX with Bitrix

Hello , i am trying to create a new integration to Bitrix as the current one is not sufficient.

I need to do the following steps

1. When a inbound call comes to 3cx ,call Bitrix API and pull the responsible person for that contact
2. Check the 3CX extension number of that contact (it comes in the API called above)
3. Make the 3CX server forward the call to that extension

Any idea how can i achieve this ? , Bitrix provides API to pull data , i not able to figure out how can i write IF , Else statement and make the 3CX server forward call based on on some values..

I would use a CFD app for this. You can use an HTTP Request component to query Bitrix, and then you transfer the call to the desired destination depending on the outcome...
