Integrating 3cx with own CRM application

Greetings, guys. We've been using the 3CX software for quite some time seperately from our own application for about a year or so problem free. Anyways, time has come to integrate it with our application which is web based and runs node js server side. I read the 3CX windows phone api line by line but all it seems to do is create a C# plugin which connects to the software. Is there any way to integrate it into a web app? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
