Integrating with Dynamics 365 Sales & Field Service

I would like to integrate my call system with Dynamics 365 Sales & Field Service

I would like to accomplish the following:

• When a field tech calls in they are able to type in the WO# and it will look it up in our Field Service software then route them to the correct party and/or just check them in on our end
• Also would like for the calls to pop up on my agents Sales or Field Service dashboard (Similar to how some do it in Salesforce)
• Would like the call information is logged and attached to the customer in our CRM

This is something that you might be able to do with a CFD app.

Also would like for the calls to pop up on my agents Sales or Field Service dashboard (Similar to how some do it in Salesforce)

I'm not sure if this "Dynamics 365 Sales & Field Service" is the same that we support. The integration works with Dynamics CRM. Give it a try by following this guide:

This is part of the integration, so if your system is supported, calls will be logged.
