Internal addressbook empty since snom last firmware update

hi

a snom firmware 10.1.54.13 was deploy by 3cx and since the phonebook is empty on the phone, is there a workaround ?

here i have got the same problem of @saba. Any workaround? i have tested it on snom d715 and d717 as well but i think it is something related on all the line d7xx.

Hi, same here on D785, a reprovision brings back the phonebook on the snom, but when i restart the snom the phonebook is gone again.

Same here. D385 all phonebooks and internal extensions are gone with the wind...

reprovision works to bring back phonebook, just for the moment.

i discovered one problem more. If you try to call via click_dial number with "+" sign on top it doesn't start any call from snom. No problem if i try from the same extension on the web app or iOS/android app. So it is something related to the snom.
Some of you have discovered the same problem of mine?

same issue here, with 3cx 16.0.611 and snom firm 10.1.54.13
it's an xml issue , reloading with an old one, works (not always, random behaviour)

Snom has released a new firmware version which is now available on the 3CX updates page and will address the following issues:

1. Directory Missing
2. Cannot call numbers with + from webclient when choosing Snom phone

It should appear as an update on your PBX within the day
If you see this message later, the update may have already been downloaded by your PBX, please check your Phones tab for any devices appearing in red and you can deploy it from there for all Snom models that were affected
