I'm having a really weird issue. I'm load balancing 3 WAN connections using a UBNT EdgeRouter and I'm forcing all VoIP to go through one connection to the 3CX PBX in the cloud. External calls work great (in and out), though when the employees try to call each other they get no audio. I would assume a NAT issue but since external calls are working just fine, not sure what it is.

Also wondering if the 3CX Session Border Controller would solve the issue.

What phones are you using, and how many have you setup on the remote site

How have you provisioned the phones - stun or site to site vpn.

If using stun then you need to setup different ports for each phone and setup port forwarding - https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...etgear-nighthawk-x4s-d7800.54620/#post-225296

If site to site, have you tried ticking 'PBX Delivers Audio' under Options for the extension.

SBC or site to site will make life easy, if the phone model allows provisioning using these methods

3CX Session Border Controller fixed the issue

I would recommend the SBC for most deployments between 2 and 50 extensions currently (although I know 3CX are working on an SBC which will support a lot more). As discussed STUN increments the ports and can make for a very messy deployment for multiple handsets as you have found.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved. For future reference however you probably needed to enable the option "PBX delivers audio" under the extension settings of each device located at the remote site.
