Invalid config templates

I've Polycom SPIP430s and a few 550s. 3CX, inside the template file called (MACID).cfg, it points the phone to phone1_21x.cfg. In order for the phone to work, I have to change that to (MACID)-phone.cfg.

Any idea how I can make 3CX generate this file properly?

Kindly detail further what 3CX Phone System version you are running, on what service pack, and what firmware is running on the phones.

3CX version 11 SP4.A (Latest)
SPIP 430 firmware 3.2.0.0157? I'm not exactly sure.

Hi there,
Polycom templates and supported firmwares have been renewed in v12.5.
If you'd like you can give it a try and see if your issues persists, however please note that v12.5 is still in beta stage.

For the time being, I'm stuck on version 11, because it's running on a 32 bit version of windows server 2008. Is there no way to fix this for v11?

I'm afraid those new templates/firmwares have not been tested for v11.
