I'm having an issue with the 3CX iOS app and push notifications. I'm running 3CX V20 and the latest iOS app.
The problem is that my push subscription expires after 7 days of inactivity. This means if I don't receive a call or open the app for a week, my phone will stop ringing. I can see a "Deleting Expired Push Subscription of extension xxxx" event in my 3cx event log.
However, I did notice that on a 2nd iPhone with multiple extensions configured in it’s 3CX app, it does not lose its push subscription even after a month of inactivity on the main active extension.
Two questions,

- Is there a way to prevent the push subscription from expiring on my iphone without calling or opening the app?
- Am I correct in guessing that because I have multiple accounts setup on my 2nd iphone with 3cx app, some of which are more active, that it is keeping the main account’s Push Subscription active? If it is not this, what other reason would this phone’s Push Subscription stay active while the other doesn’t?
