This morning for the 2nd time in 2 weeks I woke up to find that I cannot login to 3CX. Last week I assumed I had been hacked and I recreated my instance on Azure, set everything up from scratch, and all has been well for the last week.
This time I did some more digging around, and it looks like my instance is fine, I can login, even get calls going, but what is happening is that the IP that my 3CX Url points to is different than the Static IP that I have in Azure. So I guess something happens and my URL ends up pointing to somewhere else, where there is obviously another 3CX instance running because I get the login prompt.
I have 3 instances in my instance manager, only because there does not seem to be a way to delete them, so if anyone can tell me how to remove old unused instances, that would be great.
But my main issue is how do I change the IP mapping for my "my3cx.ca" URL?
