Is it possible to provision Yealink W53P

I just ordered a Yealink W53P DECT phone because i thought it was supported but i just noticed this model is not available in the FXS/DECT menu dropdown. Can i still provision this model through that menu by choosing another similar model?

It seems that the Yealink W53P DECT set contain a W60B Base station and W53H Handset.
The W60B is supported by 3CX.
It should work I guess.

IF W53P is a bundle including a W60B DECT base and W53H handset, then this is supported but search for W60B model

Thanks for all the replies! I have already prepared the setup with direct STUN with a unique SIP port and RTP ports. Now waiting for the phone to arrive at client location.

If the link was included like here you should be fine, otherwise RDP into one of their PCs and add it manually:


Just keep in mind that when it arrives at the customer's site, you will also have to take care of a couple more things to ensure the best reliability:

• Assign a static IP (via DHCP Reservation) so the firewall will always give it the same IP automatically
• forward the SIP and RTP ports from the firewall to the above IP
• Disable SIP ALG if running on the customer's firewall

Note: The device may still work without the above, but it will be less reliable. If you have any issues let us know.

I had issues with this device in the past as the firmware was beyond old, I'd first update the firmware and then try to autoprovision.

The customer has received the phone and has input the provisioning URL manually through the Yealink web interface and it worked on the first try. No firmware update needed.

If i install an SBC the above mentioned actions are not needed anymore i hope? Because port forwarding and manually assigning IP's for small clients is a hassle.

Yes, the SBC will remove the need for the above.
