Is there a way to add a 3rd party CNAM lookup source?

Some DID providers (e.g. localphone) do not provide CNAM (caller ID name) lookup. In Asterisk/FreePBX, I can add a 3rd party CNAM lookup source in Admin -> Caller ID Lookup Sources, e.g. ezcnam.com. Is there a way to hook up encnam.com CNAM lookup service on a 3CX PBX?

Not at this time. You could post the idea in the suggestion forum.
In some cases, the CLEC may not provide CNAM unless the receiving party subscribes to the service at an added monthly cost. However, perhaps this will help -
