Hello 3CX Community,
I'm reaching out for some assistance regarding an issue I've encountered with the 3CX backup options in the 3CX Admin Portal. I have successfully integrated Microsoft Office 365 with 3CX, as confirmed within the portal. However, despite this successful integration, I'm facing an unexpected problem.
Issue: In the 3CX backup options, 'SharePoint' is not being displayed as an available option. This is puzzling since the 365 integration is confirmed and should, in theory, include SharePoint as part of the backup solutions.
Here's what I've done so far:
I'm looking for guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there additional steps or configurations that I might be missing?
Any advice or insights from the community would be greatly appreciated. I'm eager to ensure that our 3CX setup fully leverages the capabilities offered through the Office 365 integration, particularly for robust backup solutions.
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
Best regards, Paul

- Completed the Office 365 integration process in the 3CX Admin Portal.
- Checked the integration status, which is confirmed and appears to be functioning correctly.
- Navigated to the backup options in hopes of setting up SharePoint backups.
