We are currently experiencing an issue with the automatic backups on one of our systems. When we run a manual one and it works fine but the automated one always fails.

It gives us the message:
Code:
3CX Phone System tried to backup but failed due to the following reason(s):
System.Exception: Error creating backup ---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Please can anyone help?

So step one please confirm you are on Update 6 else you are wasting everyone's time, yours included. Step 2 how are backing up?
