IVR_INTERDIGIT_TIMEOUT Parameter missing from v16

Our extensions are 3 digits long. During the IVR playing, if we enter a 3 digit extension, the transfer is immediate. If we dial an IVR selection less than 3 digits, there is a 3 second delay before the next IVR menu is played which is far too long. I'm fairly confident the delay is because of the IVR_INTERDIGIT_TIMEOUT, but this parameter is not present in my installation and I don't see a way to add it. Can anyone help, please? We're running on Debian.

Colbaltit, I agree that this is the issue, but I cannot adjust the parameter IVR_INTERDIGIT_TIMEOUT because it does not exist which brings me back to my original post.

Nevermind - I was apparently in the wrong menu yesterday.
I found how to create the parameter and it appears to work as desired now.
