Jabra Headset and Chrome Webclient

Hi Guys

We are testing the jabra engage 75 for our customer.

I already installed jabra direct on my win 10 Notebook, jabra browser extension and jabra chrome host.

When using the normal windows softphone i can use the jabra smart sensors (pickup and hangup), but when we use the Chrome browser it doesn't work.

google chrome browser seems to be connected whe jabra direct and i can also see the headset in the webclient

Can anyone please help me out?

I made it work with only Jabra Direct and the Webclient integration. No chrome extension, no jabra plugin or what.
USB to the computer. Have you searched in the base parameters ?

thx for your reply. I got a feedback from jabra...chrome extension is currently not supported. We are using the normal windows softphone again.

Chrome extension is not supported but 3CX Webclient is ok (without installing chrome extension) !!
