Hi,
over the weekend I updated our 3CX to version 18.0 (build 418). The desktop clients are on version v18.10.461.

Since then all users complain about problems with the Jabra 930 headsets. Sporadically calls can not be accepted.

Is this problem already known?
Is there a downgrade possibility to an older client version?

Hi everyone,
we have made almost 1500 calls with the new version.
The problems are all fixed.

Thanks to the whole 3CX team.

unfortunately there is one big problem. :(
When we put a call on hold and want to retrieve it, the call is terminated.

Hi,

That model (Pro 930) was not tested with 3CX but 935 worked fine.

Not sure why they behave differently, might be a good idea to get some help from Jabra on that.

We use WebHID to control the device, but internally some devices might behave otherwise and return a "hangup" command dropping your call.

Hi All

Exactly the same problem for us with Jabra 930 Pro now cutting calls off when being taken off hold.

Also, an issue with a Plantronics APU not working at all for remote answering/hanging up.

These issues have only come about since 3CX removed the option to integrate with Jabra, Sennheiser and Plantronics individually.

Is there no way for this to be put back to how it was and add the WebHID 3rd Party Support option as well?

Everything worked fine for our customers before this latest update.

The "old" integration is still there in the native Windows client (still supported). You can use that if you must.

Its no longer possible to use the old integration from the web client. Newer versions of Chrome no longer allow it.

If you want to use the webclient, you must move to the new WebHID standard which is implemented by this Universal driver.

When a headset is not working, please contact the vendor of those devices. We do not do their technical support, nor do we interop test with these devices. We never have and never claimed to. There are tons of different types and different drivers so you need to contact Plantronics or Jabra.

We only do interop testing with yealink as Yealink does the testing with 3CX by itself and we have daily contact with them.

So give Jabra a call.....

As for Plantronics, try not to use them at all.
