Has any integration work been done (or is planned) with the Kustomer CRM platform?

Currently this CRM is not in the supported CRM list.
You can though integrate with a custom CRM template as per below guidelines:

Are there any (3CX) recommended development companies or software houses that could work on that integration? Or can we pay 3CX directly to develop it for us?

3CX doesn't offer this service, you will need to hire a 3CX Partner to do this. There are many partners creating such integrations.
