Launchdate PBX v18 Windows ?

I searched the forum without finding an answer :

At the moment the SBC v18 for Windows can be downloaded, PBX is still v16
Any idea when the full "v18-package for Windows" will become available?

Currently there is no specific date I can give you, I can only tell you it'll be coming soon. What I'd suggest is keeping your eye on the 3CX Blog as I'm sure there will be an announcement regarding the release!
