License Key Activation Failed License: 60 System: 0

Hello,

I am migration 3CX from version 10 and Windows server 2008, to Version 12 Windows 2012, passing through version 11, and when installing on new server, I am receiving the following error, when trying to activate license:
License Key Activation Failed License: 60 System: 0

Any ideas?
