license limit, redux

Today we had another conference call, with 3 participants. We have a 4 sim call license.

When the third participant joined, we were ejected from the conference. We received emails that said:

License limit is reached.
Active calls: [354,356,361,362,363,364]

How can 3 participants generate 6 call id's?

Conference calls participants only count as 1 sim call. Where there any other calls active in the system at the time? Have you tried replicating the issue again?
