License Upgrade

Hi

I need to upgrade from 8 simultaneous calls to 32 and it looks like I can buy the upgraded license key. But have they fixed it, so it is possible to apply the license to the server without reinstalling? It’s 3CX version 15.5.

Please note that it is possible to replace a licence key through the management console given that the new key does not have an FQDN assigned to it.
However you can upgrade your existing key without the need of replacing it. Technically you can do that through your costumer portal but i would recommend doing so through a 3CX partner. By doing so you are adding no additional cost to you, and you have a 3CX partner that can assist you if you face any issues.
