Linksys SPA 3102 not connect on trunk

Hi,

I would like to use a SPA (3.3.6(GW)) as a trunk. How can I set this up in the 3CX PS?
The SPA is configured (before it has worked with Asterisk), but I can not find a description so I can add it to 3CX.

If you do a Google search for the SPA3102 and 3CX, there are a number of posts on this subject. Some even have attachments of the "tabs" along with suggested changes to get the device working. If you go through these, and still have issues, then post the PSTN page of your unit, and I'll make some suggestions.

I assume the 3102 is being set up on the same local network as the server, and that you have assigned it a static IP.

Yes, I'm beyond a good search, but I did not find a solution to my problem.
Of course, it is on the same network with a static IP address. (as I write with Asterisk properly)
I did not find the settings on the 3CX site but I did not find exactly what to do.
192.168.15.55 is the 3CX IP address and 192.168.15.11 is the SPA.
Meanwhile, the SPA firmware has been upgraded to 5.2.13.

From the limited information you posted, I can tell you that the User ID must be the trunk number. In your case, I assume that will be 10001. The Register Expires, I would change to 1700 (seconds). Re-registering every 30 seconds is a bit much. If it is left at the default of 3600, then it will follow what is set by the PBX anyway, unless you set it lower.

If you post the entire PSTN tab, I'll look over some of the other settings, if you still can't get it working.

Yes i agree Leejor, your User ID should be 10001.
i have several SPA3102 working with 3CX V15 SP6 with no problem to register

You have to create a PSTN gateway trunk, set for one call. Put in the IP and port you use for the FXO of the 3102. So...192.168.15.11 and the default of 5061?

There are a number of settings in the PSTN tab, that must be set correctly, to allow two way calls between the 3102 and 3CX.

Interestingly, the 3CX indicates the trunk on the dashboard with a green sync. But in the trunk menu it is red. The SPA 3102 also has a fail condition.

If you are going to use port 5060 for the PSTN, then Line1 must be disabled, or it's port changed, as it normally defaults to use 5060. That is why the default port for PSTN is normally 5061.

In the 3102, as I said before...the User ID must be the trunk number...10000, not LS-02-LL. that is probably why it fails to register.

Yes, of course Line1 is disabled.

If you look at the settings of the SPA, it looks like (in the log file: Digest username = "10000") that you are trying to log in with 10000 (USE AUTH ID is marked in the SPA).

I'll have to look at one of my 3102s tonight, but off-hand, I'm not sure that I even use the Auth ID. The User ID must be the trunk number.

As soon as I turn off 'Use Auth ID', it works ...
(of course, as you put the User ID over the trunk number).
I do not understand, both values are the same, the log is the same, just so successfully ....
