Can you please detail a bit more on your configuration ?

What is the related outbound rule you are trying to use like ?

Is the outbound rule pointing to a gateway or a provider ?

Also what is the PBX's IP please?

Exactly, but I cant make dial-out call from anyone extension.

I have one server with 3cx (172.16.0.1) and 6 extension on softphones. Now I have a Linksys SPA3102 as VoIP Gateway to connect with my PSTN line. I can receive outbound calls.

The outbound rule:

Name Apply to Extensions Number prefix Transform mask Make calls on
Rule for 'BrT 33238006' 0 r PSTN Gateway: "BrT 33238006"

In the Line 1 Tab
-In your dial plan enter something like <#9:><gw0>, #9 being what u dial to get through to the PSTN. u can use another combination if u like.

In the PSTN Tab
- Leave dial plan 1 empty
- make sure VoIP-To-PSTN Gateway Enable is set to yes
- Line 1 VoIP Caller DP: 1
- VoIP Caller Auth MethodIN

because your SPA (its IP is 172.16.0.12) can not dial 33236327 by some reason. This response is received from SPA.
Check SPA's settings. IT Farmer has detailed manual on SPA. Also, you can try to find it in FAQ or in forum's posts.

The manual is now in my online shop, all I am asking is a small donation.

There is nothing stopping you from dowloading the guide for free (just select the money order option and do not send money).

Why?

Well simple, there is a fair bit of time and effort in the document. Initially it was written for the SPA but now moves more towards end-to-end config of the 3CX system.

I like to offer this document for rebatching with their own name to my customer (those who bought the softwre via me) for free.

This as value added service so to speak.

The second reason was to put up a "little" barrier, the manual was download over a 600 times this month that is 600 times 1.5mb and only two cups of cofee . I had to justify the bandwidth for this hence I moved it to the "shop" area.
