Solved Listen to voicemail of another extension

Hello,

I have a client that needs to have access to the voicemail of a separate extension. (Ext 105 needs to frequently access the voicemail of 106.)

Is there a star code or easier way of doing this?

As far as I'm aware, there is no "simple" way of doing this.

What you could do, is add ext 106 to a key on the set (set it to not ring). When they want to check voicemail it can be done in the same manner as anyone else.

Note if extension 106 has deleted the voicemail, 105 will not be able to hear it

Please note that if you call the voicemail service from any extension then you will be prompt for your pin number. If you however hit # before entering your pin then the voicemail service will then ask you for an extension number. If you know the pin of the extension you want to access then you can just enter the extension number and the pin.

Thank you all, I was able to train the users to press the voicemail button, followed by the # key and the extension.
