Live chat doesn't work on wordpress

Hi,
I installed the plugin in wordpress and everything seems fine, but when I generate the link to put on the plugin, it's generated in http, and the plugin doesn't accept it, so I manually put the s, and the plugin show the message that the setting are correctly saved, but nothing appeared on my website.
What can I do?
