Live Chat not working - gray button

Hello

Implemented the Live Chat Wordpress module to test on our website, and the chat button is alway grayed with no possibility to click on it
When I put my mouse over it, the icon gets red like this :



When I open the direct URL from the messaging module, I get the chat Window working :
Like for instance https://ourinstallation.3cx.fr/callus/#david

But when embedded in the Wordpress, the button stays grayed.
On the 3CX part, where it's said " 2. Specify your Website’s URL - Separate multiple Website URLs using a semicolon" I've specified all possible URLs(with or without www, with or without https)

Hi @kleidav76.

Try to use only the TLD in the website's URL space. For example if your website is installed in a sub-directory say https://www.mydomain.com/website and you use it this way it won't work. Use https://www.mydomain.com/ only and try again assuming every other thing is done right, it works right OOB.

It's already set to "http://domain.com;https://domain.com;http://www.domain.com;https://www.domain.com" so all the cases are covered.
But still not working
But could be a Firewall filtering issue on our side because I've tested from my iPhone and it's working

Try it from an external connection (ie. from home or from cellular) on another computer

Also the URL can simply take the form of https://www.something.com/
